4th and 5th Grade

Schedule:

9-9:30am Family Hangout
9:30am-10am Community School Tefilah (with parents)
10am-12pm Class time

There is a two year rotating curriculum:

• Even to odd years will be Jewish lifecycle events and Jewish values in Genesis
• Odd to even years will be Jewish History and Israel
• In addition to in class art projects, students have art with Cara five times during the year
• They join Rachel for Israeli Culture every week
• They have music with Aaron approximately every other week
• They will participate in “Big-Littles” programming with PreK a few times a year.
• They will lead a class service on Friday, December 13, 2024
• Students continue weekday Hebrew classes on Wednesdays and are encouraged to participate in SMARTY.
• Students receive their B’nai Mitzvah Dates at the end of the year.
